Selfie with them Zebras!
I was so lucky to come back to work after a weekend of relaxation at home to find Zebras out in the park to be admired. After my experience on Friday, I decided to let go of the hunt and wait for them to come looking for me! *Wishful thinking*. But I found them enjoying the park and decided to take pictures of them, and a selfie of course. They are not as big as I saw them when I was scared and running around with Mpho. I guess I was a little delusional. Anyways, The Zebras in our park are so cute and lovely. Maybe Cute and Lovely should be their names...Oh, I just want to give them big hugs and kisses...*Another wishful thinking.* #sigh

Solange the Jay-Z kicker!
The day when Solange slapped Jay-Z |
It seems like the attention has shifted from all the Boko Haram
or the SA politics stories to Solange the Jay-Z kicker. She is the new trend
setter. It’s funny to see her hit Jay-Z like that. The video is astounding, it
took me by surprise. I know we have people we tell when things go wrong in our
relationships but the thing about this is, when the third person interferes,
usually the couple reconciles and that person gets left behind like a douchebag.
It doesn’t matter what happens between Jay-Z and Beyoncé but Solange remains
the bad person in this. They will continue with their happy lives and she will
remain behind like most of all those who like being third people in other
people’s relationships. I say, let’s leave people to solve their issues, give them
a bit of advice here and there and not expect a miracle to happen out of it. It’s
wrong for a man to hit a woman and it’s also wrong for a woman to stay in the
relationship but it’s all about choice. All I want to say is that, at the end
of it all, the two people who decide what they want are the couple not the
third party. So people, “Ditaba tsa batho ba i2 ga di tsenwe!” please!

First Mother's Day present from Bokamoso
I have always liked the idea of being a mother long before I could have my son. I loved mother's Day and enjoyed making presents for my mom and aunt but now the wheels have turned. This Mother's Day was special, I didn't send any present to my mom or my aunt or even my sister but I was blessed with a present from my son. I know it was a bit selfish of me to just relax but this year was mine. I got my present and I loved it. Happy Mother's Day to all the beautiful Mothers!

Sabata-The bitter/sweet death
Ever been to a funeral of a person you've never met and wished you knew him/her? I was at a funeral of a young man named Sabata. Everyone who spoke of him mentioned that he had a smile that brighten up everyone's day. The one thing that captured my mind about him was that those who were with him on the day of his death testified that he asked for prayer. He died a terrible accident. That was the bitter part of this whole situation. The sweet part is that he was playing gospel music and sang along with it on that day. Before they went on their trip he asked for prayer, then a few minutes before he met death, he mentioned that he sensed something bad and asked for yet another prayer. When the accident was about to happen, he fought hard to avoid it but was defeated. He apologized to them saying he tried but couldn't safe their lives, that was the end of them. Ten people died and I heard of one survivor who told the family that sad story. The beauty about this is that he entered the gates of heaven with a prayer. It felt like he knew that it was time. I didn't know him but the stories they told about him made me wish I met him. Rest in Peace.
- Revelation 14:13Then I heard a voice from heaven say, "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." "Yes," says the Spirit, "they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them."
